The plan will also outline the changes needed to be made when you do get pregnant (what to stop with pregnancy).
I take a less it more approach, so you will only be recommended the supplements that truly work wonders (with the research to prove it).
You will be prescribed the supplements included in the supplement plan, with access to clinical grade, practitioner only supplements (not just any plane Jane supplement that you can find on a dusty shelf at the chemist). *
